"The E4L Programme Phase III has successfully sailed through the third year of its implementation period, rising to the challenge of contributing towards making Ghana a democratic and just country, where all citizens have an influence on political processes and resources are distributed equally", remarked the Alhaji Osman Abdel-Rahman, the Executive Director of Ghana Developing Communities Association (GDCA) who doubles as the E4L Programme Manager.
